IndieGoGo is a website that is designed specifically for people to be able to raise funds for a variety of needs and causes. There are several other websites like this and I have no doubt that more will be forthcoming.
I’m grateful that IndieGoGo provides a platform for myself and others to pitch our fundraising needs to a wide and varied audience. My personal goal is to raise money to fuel my singer/songwriting career so that I can continue providing additional income for myself as I inch closer and closer to full retirement. I really don’t want to retire and have nothing to do.
I love singing, I love writing blogs, I love directing the youth choir at church and I’m learning to love my gift of songwriting.
