THE SIX WOES

Earlier today I heard about a baby being shot several times, I saw a story posted about a gay pastor who is getting married to his partner tomorrow, Jessica Simpson revealed that she is pregnant again and said “it’s like deja vu”; A New York policeman was found guilty of conspiracy to kidnap, rape, torture, then cook an eat women; and thinking of all the insanity that plays on tv and in the media; and we barely raise and eyebrow at these things.

I cried out to God to help us! Truly God is our only help in this mad, dark world. Church why isn’t there more action taken by us? Do we believe that we were given power and authority over demons and have the ability to cast them out?

There’s a price that will be paid and no one is exempt. Believers and un-believers will be judged….Yeshua/Jesus is coming soon.

But no one wants to hear about God’s judgments. I went to the Scripture Isaiah 5 and read it. This is clearly about judgment, specifically verses 8 through 24, brings to light (6)six Woes that were judged against the Jews; and will we not be judged by the same measure? You’d better believe it.

My dear brothers and sisters….so many of you don’t understand the seriousness of the times we are in; don’t see the end-times signs that are before our eyes and have not sought to know the True and Living God, the Holy One of Israel in His fullness. Repent.

This chapter is one of warning, judgment and grace…..God’s warning is His grace towards us, so that we can see our sins, repent and escape judgment.

Isaiah 5:8-24 (Amplified Bible)
8 Woe to those who join house to house [and by violently expelling the poorer occupants enclose large acreage] and join field to field until there is no place for others and you are made to dwell alone in the midst of the land!
9 In my [Isaiah’s] ears the Lord of hosts said, Of a truth many houses shall be desolate, even great and beautiful ones shall be without inhabitant.
10 For ten acres of vineyard shall yield only about eight gallons, and ten bushels of seed will produce but one bushel.
11 Woe unto those who rise early in the morning, that they may pursue strong drink, who tarry late into the night till wine inflames them!
12 They have lyre and harp, tambourine and flute and wine at their feasts, but they do not regard the deeds of the Lord, neither do they consider the operation of His hands [in mercy and in judgment].

15 And the common man is bowed down, and the great man is brought low, and the eyes of the haughty are humbled.

20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!
21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and prudent and shrewd in their own sight!
22 Woe to those who are mighty heroes at drinking wine and men of strength in mixing alcoholic drinks!—
23 Who justify and acquit the guilty for a bribe, but take away the rights of the innocent and righteous from them!
24 Therefore, as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, and as the dry grass sinks down in the flame, so their root shall be like rottenness and their blossom shall go up like fine dust—because they have rejected and cast away the law and the teaching of the Lord of hosts and have not believed but have treated scornfully and have despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

I pray in the name of Yeshua/Jesus Christ that all who read this word will be convicted with godly sorrow, repent and be saved from judgment and the pit. Help us in this wicked world Lord, for only you can save us from the eternal judgment that is coming soon when Yeshua/Jesus returns. Amen.

GOD IS NOT LIKE MAN

My Dear Brothers and Sisters In Christ:

I was thinking about how so many Christians are very casual with God. So much so, that they begin to think of Him in human terms…God came to us in human form as Yeshua/Jesus Christ, but he is so much more than we could ever hope to be.

Let’s stop being so casual about who God is…it causes people to begin to see Him as just like us…HE IS NOT!

GOD IS SOVEREIGN AND HOLY, THE RIGHTEOUS JUDGE, CREATOR OF ALL THINGS, ALMIGHTY GOD, FULL OF GRACE AND MERCY AND PEACE AND TRUTH, HE IS FAITHFUL, FULL OF WISDOM AND POWER….HE IS THE ONE TRUE GOD WHO SITS ON THE THRONE…THE EARTH IS HIS FOOTSTOOL!

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Perhaps if people gave God the Reverence that is His alone, they would see a change in their relationship with Him (just a thought).

A HEART OF LOVE

On January 9, 2010, just 3 days before the devastating 7.0 magnitude earthquake shook Haiti, I woke up in the wee hours of the morning with a song stirring in my mind and spirit. I knew this was another song from God Himself, but I didn’t realize that it was also a prophetic message to the world.

Over the last 3 years I have recorded several versions of the song “A Heart Of Love” and I believe I have finally perfected it.

The Night Baby Jesus Was Born

Dear WordPress friends:

I was sitting here thinking of the season of Christmas that is upon us with all of its hustle and bustle and the enormous energy put into making family and friends happy with gift giving, food and merry-making; yet thinking of the families in Newtown, CT and their tragic losses and I’m sure there are countless others who have lost loved ones through sickness or violence that we don’t even know about….this can’t be a very Merry Christmas for these people.

I just want to be mindful of those who suffered the loss of a loved one and what they must be going through during this Christmas Season and I pray for these people to be comforted by the Holy Spirit and ministering Angels.

I wrote a Christmas song in 2009 that I’ve wanted to get recorded for a long time, but I haven’t had the opportunity until now. The song title is “The Night Baby Jesus Was Born” and I used children from my church and family members to sing, because there’s something so comforting about the voices of children singing softly and sweetly…and I’m dedicating the song to the memory of the adults and especially the children who died in Newton, CT. SEEK GOD BEFORE YOU VOTE

As much as I admire President Barack Obama’s leadership and accomplishments….I cannot and will not vote for anyone who backs gay marriage….right standing with God is more important to me!

And don’t get me wrong….I don’t believe that Mitt Romney is the Christian man that he is being made out to be…. make no mistake Mormons walk according to a different Gospel. I also don’t think that he is a good leader for our nation.

Both of these men claim to be Christian….but don’t you know that Christians walk in darkness too!

But I saw that they were not properly following the truth of the Good News. So I told Cephas in front of everyone, “You’re Jewish, but you live like a person who is not Jewish. When will men who claim to be followers of Christ, stand up for God’s righteousness and not compromise their walk with Him so that they can be “successful” according to the world or achieve position and power?

AND WHEN WILL BELIEVERS STOP TRUSTING IN MEN AND TRUST GOD?

My dear brothers and sisters, I understand the trials of life in this world probably better than most of you; and I remember when I felt the need to turn to government and our political leaders for hope….but that was (BC) Before Christ (in me, the Hope of Glory; Colossians 1:27).

So we need to examine ourselves according to the Scriptures:
2 Corinthians 13:5
Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

Keep this in mind, the failures of this world are ALL because men have turned from God’s Wisdom and Counsel to follow after their own wisdom.

I’M NOT SAYING DON’T VOTE….I’M SAYING SEEK GOD BEFORE YOU VOTE….AMEN!

Why People Prefer Relating to a Higher Power Than to God

A higher power represents an Unknown God, which was addressed by Paul to the Philosphers in Athens in the Book of Acts Chapter 17. Even to this day, people prefer an Unknown God rather than the True and Living God because it costs them nothing and requires nothing of them such as Obedience, Purity, Honesty, Truth, Faith, etc.

The late Prophet Art Katz stated it well in his book “Apostolic Foundations” (I’m paraphrasing) Men love to speak about a higher power because it sounds so spiritual, but will we congratulate them for that kind of spirituality, or will we see how deceitful such a statement is? There is something in the human heart, which likes to keep God at a great distance. The human heart wants an impersonal God, because an impersonal God doesn’t say, “Thou shall not commit adultery” or “Thou shall love the Lord Thy God with all your heart”.

In light of the recent announcement that the “U.S. Episcopal Church approves blessing of gay unions”, I am compelled to again speak the Truth of God’s Word on this and all matters that contradict and pervert God’s Holy Word.

Warnings About False Teachers

2 False prophets were among God’s people in the past, as false teachers will be among you. They will secretly bring in their own destructive teachings. They will deny the Lord, who has bought them, and they will bring themselves swift destruction. 2 Many people will follow them in their sexual freedom and will cause others to dishonor the way of truth. 3 In their greed they will use good-sounding arguments to exploit you. The verdict against them from long ago is still in force, and their destruction is not asleep.
4 God didn’t spare angels who sinned. He threw them into hell, where he has secured them with chains of darkness and is holding them for judgment.
5 God didn’t spare the ancient world either. He brought the flood on the world of ungodly people, but he protected Noah and seven other people. Noah was his messenger who told people about the kind of life that has God’s approval.
6 God condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and destroyed them by burning them to ashes. He made those cities an example to ungodly people of what is going to happen to them. 7 Yet, God rescued Lot, a man who had his approval. Lot was distressed by the lifestyle of people who had no principles and lived in sexual freedom. 8 Although he was a man who had God’s approval, he lived among the people of Sodom and Gomorrah. Each day was like torture to him as he saw and heard the immoral things that people did.
9 Since the Lord did all this, he knows how to rescue godly people when they are tested. He also knows how to hold immoral people for punishment on the day of judgment. 10 This is especially true of those who follow their corrupt nature along the path of impure desires and who despise the Lord’s authority.
These false teachers are bold and arrogant. They aren’t afraid to insult the Lord’s glory. 11 Angels, who have more strength and power than these teachers, don’t bring an insulting judgment against them from the Lord. 12 These false teachers insult what they don’t understand. They are like animals, which are creatures of instinct that are born to be caught and killed. So they will be destroyed like animals 13 and lose what their wrongdoing earned them.
These false teachers are stains and blemishes. They take pleasure in holding wild parties in broad daylight. They especially enjoy deceiving you while they eat with you. 14 They’re always looking for an adulterous woman. They can’t stop looking for sin as they seduce people who aren’t sure of what they believe. Their minds are focused on their greed. They are cursed.
15 These false teachers have left the straight path and wandered off to follow the path of Balaam, son of Beor. Balaam loved what his wrongdoing earned him. 16 But he was convicted for his evil. A donkey, which normally can’t talk, spoke with a human voice and wouldn’t allow the prophet to continue his insanity.
17 These false teachers are dried-up springs. They are a mist blown around by a storm. Gloomy darkness has been kept for them. 18 They arrogantly use nonsense to seduce people by appealing to their sexual desires, especially to sexual freedom. They seduce people who have just escaped from those who live in error. 19 They promise these people freedom, but they themselves are slaves to corruption. A person is a slave to whatever he gives in to.
20 People can know our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and escape the world’s filth. But if they get involved in this filth again and give in to it, they are worse off than they were before. 21 It would have been better for them never to have known the way of life that God approves of than to know it and turn their backs on the holy life God told them to live. 22 These proverbs have come true for them: “A dog goes back to its vomit,” and “A sow that has been washed goes back to roll around in the mud.”

Also read Numbers Chapters 22, 23 and 24 which has numerous examples of mans inability to curse what God has blessed, but also look at how man has always tried to turn God’s Blessings into a curse or God’s curse into a blessing for his own good.
